Tanja Dysli is Chief Operating Officer at TVH Parts NV. She worked at IKEA for over 20 years. The last six years of that stint was as Chief Supply Chain Officer for IKEA US. She has also acted as President of IKEA Distribution Services. Tanja has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain. During her career, she has lived and worked in multiple countries, and that experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics and a focus on digital transformation of supply chains.

In 2026, she was once again recognized among Supply Chain Digital’s Top 100 Women in Supply Chain.
